Truphone offers free people calls for Easter

Truphone has a special fling for Easter – the company is running a 48-hour-long furtherance that includes free calls to land line numbers in the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, Germany, mainland China, France, Italian Republic, Spain and the Philippine Islands; as fountainhead as mobile calls to the U.S., Canada and China!

In other words — as they say it — long-distance tin can become no-length at all for those who tin can’t be with their families this Easter.

The special fling starts on 00.01 Greenwich Mean Time 3rd Apr 2010 and ends on 23.59 Greenwich Mean Time on the 4th April 2010.

Truphone’s VoIP client is available for a figure of chopine and devices — including the iPhone, iPod Touch, BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM), Nokia (NYSE: NOK) (Symbian S60) and Android. You can grab the application from each platform’s dedicated app store or uncovering it on Truphone’s website (where you’ll be linked to an app store tie in some cases).
