Nokia has officially announced the Lumia 900 LTE. The device will be exclusive under AT&T. It has a 4.3-inch AMOLED WVGA display and runs Windows Phone 7.5 Mango.

HTC device has been found at FCC. It was tested for 850 / 1900 GSM — standard 2G bands for AT&T and T-Mobile — and no WCDMA frequencies in the US. There’s not much details on the device.

The only thing we observation is that the device called HTC PI39110. It’s a Windows Phone handset. We ar looking at another Windows Phone handset.
