A little over a calendar month ago, you may remember us mailing regarding the Nokia C6 organism In Stock here at mobiles.co.uk. Well, if the latest rumours, snapshots and modelling number are to be believed, the Nokia C6 already has a successor in the line; the Nokia C6-01. The confusing appointment conventions adopted recently by the finns ar not only causation mix-up amongst the populace but also with networks too it would seem given that the news leak which comes from Vivacom, a Bulgarian meshwork provider, was spotted by bird of Jove eyed viewing audience of an advert which pictured the C6-01 in an advert for the C6-00.

The C6-01 was also spotted on Nokia’s Dutch people Online shopfront along with spectacles that would point towards the C6 losing it’s QWERTY keyboard, gaining an 8 megapixel camera in office of the 5 megapixel on the stream modelling and is also said to be sporting Symbian^3 OS where the current is stuck running on Symbian S60. The C6-01 is also said to have a nHD blind as wellspring as 3G and Wi-Fi connectivity. Surely then, the C6-01 would be more of an upgraded option, than a successor – reverse to what the appointment conventions would indicate.

Aside from the aforementioned specification changes, it would appear that the Nokia C6-01 remains very similar to the original, still retention an almost identical shape, although with slightly redesigned hardware keys on the facing and a re-worked backrest which includes a relocated camera, a Dual light-emitting diode flashbulb and a speaker. Leontyne Price is said to be around 280 Euros and we expect the functionary announcement from Nokia to be around the time of Nokia World 2010 on Sep 14th. (Image from MobileGeek via Engadget)

What that means exactly, and how tight the integrating will be, clay to be seen, but like everything else Nokia makes, it’ll probably only work on Nokia devices so goodness luck sending your location via Ovi to an iPhone or BlackBerry (NSDQ: RIMM) drug user.

Now don’t pout your lips just yet, Eldar did say that Nokia is going to announce some devices this calendar month, as in more than single. There’s roughly 18 years left in the month so that should keep you on the edge of your seat long sufficiency that your butt goes numb.

Easter, or “Zombie Jesus of Nazareth Day” as us secularists like to call it, has finally come to an end. Today is the day that many of you ar coming back from a long quartet day weekend, and as such ar departure to spend a goodness parcel of your workings twenty-four hours scouring the internet, trying to catch up with the insanity that has occurred during the past one C hours. If you actually stayed online during the weekend when both Orthodox and Catholic religions celebrated Jesus turn into a zombie, then you father’t need to read this because the mere whisper of the news iPad, combined with your already fragile mental commonwealth, may cause you to go to your nearest Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) Store and begin pumping rounds willy-nilly into anyone with flannel headphones coming out the side of their drumhead.

For those who wish to melodic line in to what happened, net ball’s pump out some news!

Apple’s iPad came out on Saturday, and 24 hours later a pressure release came out of Cupertino saying that the troupe sold over 300,000 during the first base twenty-four hours.Angst ridden white kids, who live in some random suburban sprawling, and ar pickings far too much Ritalin, bought an iPad and took an aluminimum baseball bat to the damn thing. They recorded a video recording. Those guys who shuffle that liquidizer that can blending just about any physical object known to man shoved an iPad inside said liquidizer and the results speak for themselves.iFixit not only took the iPad apart, but they also teamed up with Canadian capital based (Canada for those of you who ar geographically challenged) Chipworks to tear apart the A4 processor inside! The type of item they go into is usually found in reports that sell for upwards of $10,000, so consider yourselves extremely lucky to get approach to such rich information. Some cable car alteration place shoved an iPad into a cable car’s splashboard, because when I think safety, I think of Tyrone updating his MySpace status piece a spliff is suspension out of his mouth and Dead Prez is blasting out of the 12 speakers in his trunk, 10 of which ar subwoofers.Less than 3 days after the iPad came out Apple invites a whole lot of pressure folks to an event to appearance off iPhone OS 4.0. It’s scheduled to takings office on April 8th, which is yes, this Thursday!Microsoft (NSDQ: MSFT) also invited press people to an event, this single is supposed to happen on Apr 12th, and it’s all but confirmed that the troupe will be display off their first base Microsoft branded mobile phones. The hardware will be made by Sharp, but the software is all done by Danger, the troupe who made the once popular Sidekick line of work of mobile devices, and which Microsoft purchased in 2008.Eldar Murtazin, Editor in Chief of Mobile-Review, and the single man in the worldly concern who has a Willy Wonka like golden ticket that grants him access to prototype computer hardware weeks, and even months before anyone else, has doomed all confidence in Nokia after playing with a Symbian^3 device. He says the OS is roadster, isn’t really that much better than previous versions of Symbian, and that piece the first base device to ship with Symbian^3 volition be pretty on the outside, it’s going to be as dumb as Forest Gump on the inside. He’s thrown in the towel for Nokia (NYSE: NOK)’s 2010 smartphone lineup, and he even goes so far as to defend himself against the citizenry who title he is anti-Nokia. Eldar loves Nokia, a lot, but he’s upset they’re not workings hard to compete with the best that the contention has to pass.Palm (NSDQ: PALM), who is in worse shape than a deaf, dumb, and blind paraplegic, has decided to get rid of the advertising means that did those stupid commercials with that creepy ultra pale lady and flight Chinese citizenry.Someone overclocked a Nokia N900 and made it hit 1 gigahertz. This of course of action is unstable, and kills your battery life, but like most things in the surface seed community, someone did it just because they wanted to see if they could do it, irregardless of the fact that it doesn’t push the Maemo/MeeGo chopine forward at all. This brilliance named Danny Gagatt, who works for an advertising means that Nokia hired to shuffle a “viral video recording” (hullo memories of internet slang circa 2006!) of Republic of Finland’s upcoming flagship, “Vasco”, tweeted about the gimmick. He later deleted his tweet, and while he didn’t manage to news leak any vital information, Nokia’s legal squad of men and women with assholes so tight they tin crack walnuts will rich person a few nice and oh so dirty words with him.Microsoft has heard the cries of everyone regarding “Windows Phone 7 Series” and have simply renamed it “Windows Phone 7″.

That’s it really. You didn’t miss much, except for about 48 hours when everyone, including their female parent and their true cat and their mother’s cat, were talk about the Apple iPad. I envy those of you who traveled somewhere exotic, with limited access to the internet. The iPad fever was painful to vigil and has scared this blogger for life.

It’s Apr Fools’ day, and a draw of what you’re departure to see on the internet is shit, but this blog spot isn’t. The Nokia (New York Stock Exchange: NOK) N8, which we’ve already seen in a series of leaked images, is going to be called either the Nokia N8 12 MP or the Nokia N8 64 GB. While Nokia’s selling department is distillery deciding that, they’ve already drafted a press release that Eldar Murtazin from Mobile River-Review got a hold of. He doesn’t spot the entire thing, but sufficiency for us to get the main idea:

Nokia N8 64 Gb – gaining control your liveliness

Tuesday April 20, 2010

Espoo, Finland : When Nokia exercise set out to shuffle the best mobile imaging gimmick, it combined wide angle Carl Zeiss optics and an 12 megapixel sensor, resulting in performance comparable to a bandstand alone digital camera. The Nokia N8 64 Gb is designed to excel in both bright and first gear light source conditions, and it’s optimized for both video recording and distillery imaging. Its high speeding connectivity ensures easy and convenient sharing. The Nokia N8 64 Gb is expected to begin shipping in the third quarter of 2010 with an estimated retail price of EUR 575, before taxes and subsidies.

“People demand mobile cameras that takings excellent pictures in all light conditions,” says Juha Pekka Sipponen, Director, Nokia Nseries. “That’s why the aperture of the Nokia N8 64 Gb is comparable to that of a high quality, stand alone digital photographic camera. Whether it’s run with the bulls in Pamplona or capturing the panoramic beauty of a aurora over Sydney, the Nokia N8 64Gb will takings brilliantly open, wide-angle images that are instantly geotagged to be uploaded onto sites like Ovi Share or Flickr.”

We’ve seen the Nokia N8 leaked via an XML file hosted on Nokia’s very own servers, and citizenry rich person told Engadget that this device is to be announced during the middle of April, so either Eldar is pull my leg (his blog post is tagged “merriment”), or this is all too good to be true.

Anyway, Q3 is a full 3 months away, and by then Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) will rich person announced their new iPhone so any ballyhoo this device would have generated volition have already died a glorious death.

Update: I’ve been punked. It’s fake. Time for me to go stare at a wall and cry.

Check it out! The might of the crowd comes in once again, as 3UK decide to reverse their decision not to range the Nokia (New York Stock Exchange: NOK) E72, and instead bring it on to the network for a May 2010 timeframe! Apparently 3UK were acquiring so many comments on their blog, that it convinced them it was the right field thing to do.

I’ve had a Nokia E72 to swordplay with recently, and I have to say I am torn between 2 different sides of the gimmick. On the single hand, the computer hardware is a moral in designing excellence, and shows that Nokia rich person distillery got it, certainly as far as industrial designing goes. However, the software system is that tired OS called Series60, and I’m afraid these years it just doesn’t have the visual polish to compete with other smartphones out there. That said, the OS/UI is functional, and get the line done, which is what you want from a business gimmick.

At any rate, checkout out the Nokia E72 on the 3UK meshwork from May onwards.
