Motorola Mobility Comments on Initial Determination from ITC

Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MMI) (”Motorola Mobility”) today announced that it has received notice that the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) in the U.S. International Trade Commission (“ITC”) action brought by Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) against Motorola Mobility has issued an initial determination. The ALJ ruled in favour of Motorola Mobility, finding no violation for any of the three Apple patents listed in Apple’s suit.

AT&T’s Motorola Atrix 2 For $100

AT&T latest Android smartphone will only cost $100. The device was first revealed during the CTIA Enterprise & Applications. This android handset is known as the Motorola Atrix 2.

The device has a 4.3-inch qHD French telephone with a dual-gist 1GHz CPU, 21Mbps HSPA+, an 8MP camera with 1080p HD video capture and front-facing camera. It would run on Android 2.3 and accompanied by a full gigabyte of RAM.
