SEGA ditches Glu Soft for Gameloft?
These ar not good times for Glu Soft. Recently the mobile gaming company has doomed Hasbro history to EA Mobile River, and now we rich person SEGA switching to Gameloft.
Under the trade, Gameloft will be entitled to develop, publish and distribute some SEGA mobile games. Glu has a multi-title trade with SEGA in position and at this stage, we’re not sure what volition come out from that.
We do, however, know that the first game Gameloft volition publish on behalf of SEGA is Sonic Unleashed, which volition be released next calendar month.
Commenting on marking the SEGA account, Gameloft’s Michel Guillemot said: “We are confident this agreement volition be the first base step towards a long terminus partnership between Gameloft and SEGA. SEGA’s great brands coupled with Gameloft’s long standing history of excellence in mobile biz exploitation tin only resultant role in an extraordinary mobile experience for consumers.”
