SanDisk introduced the new iNAND Embedded Flash Drives (EFD) based on 32nm 3-number-per-electric cell (X3) NAND flashgun engineering and with support for the e.MMC 4.4 specification, oblation up to 64 GB of mental ability in a I device! You’ve read that correctly, phones with 64GB of built-in warehousing ar advent, like or not (and you like it).
The new 64GB iNAND EFD tin be used for kick, organization code and mass storage functions, and is offered in a 16×20×1.4 mm form factor with a standard ball grid array (BGA) for quick integrating into smartphone designs.
Availability selective information was not disclosed, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see high-oddment smartphones released this class come with 64 GB of built-in warehousing. Now that’s something to looking forward to, especially in cause that device supports the mass warehousing way. That would effectively make portable hard thrust obsolete, don’t you think?
