Samsung i8910HD Used to Show Off Windows Phone 7 Series
Well, this is an interesting piece of selective information. We definitely weren’t expecting to start our Irish Gaelic morning in such a way, but it looks like it’s happening nonetheless. When the story broke of a third existing French telephone run the upcoming mobile Operating System from Microsoft, SlashGear was the first with images. And piece we stared at the images all starry-eyed, we realized that something looked ridiculously familiar about the French telephone. Specifically, we couldn’t shake the feeling that we had seen it before.
And sure sufficiency, that seems to be the case. It doesn’t looking like Samsung had any connection with the Samsung gimmick shown off at MIX10 on Mon. In fact, it seems that the company is just as surprised as everyone else. Because, according to TechRadar, the device is an i8910HD, and nothing more. So, what does that mean value exactly? It agency that the gimmick, unless it’s some kind of superintendent-upgraded version that no one has heard about, does not have a 1GHz processor, or even the WVGA blind. According to a Samsung representative, Microsoft used the i8910HD to demo Windows Phone 7 Series, but the launch was from strictly Microsoft, and not Samsung. Furthermore, Samsung is unaware of any plans to rise the stream edition of the i8910HD.
Of course, that would seem a little difficult, considering the master modelling doesn’t have the three computer hardware buttons needed to rise, let alone the other minimum specifications the French telephone is missing. So, what does all of this mean? Well, we tin officially say that Samsung hasn’t announced a Windows Phone 7 Series gimmick, but other than that, we’re just as confused as everyone else.
