Samsung a167 lands in AT&ere;T’s GoPhone oblation for $70

Following the Samsung a177, AT&T (New York Stock Exchange: T) is launching another GoPhone gimmick from Samsung. It’s the a167 model, which unlike the a177 doesn’t come with a QWERTY keyboard. Rather it’s a staple clamshell earphone which the aircraft carrier is oblation for $69.99.
Specs wise, we see a dual-band (850/1900 megahertz) radio on board, 128×160 pixels screen, vane web browser, 2MB of internal memory and a VGA photographic camera.
In a nutshell – nonentity spectacular, but you shouldn’t expect much more for 70 bucks without any strings attached.
