Palm Pre Coming to Verizon January 2010?
Now isn’t this interesting. According to a report over at the Wall Street Journal, the Palm (NSDQ: PALM) Pre could farming on Verizon (New York Stock Exchange: VZ) as early as Jan 2010. Sprint (New York Stock Exchange: S) CEO Dan Hesse had recently ‘gone off’ on Verizon telling them that Sprint’s exclusivity trade was longer than 6 months… Well, Dan may distillery be correct, as a Jan 2010 launching for the Verizon Palm Pre would put the wait at 7 months.
Whatever the lawsuit may be, Palm will no doubt want to hop on the Verizon net to sell more of the webOS-powered Pre, save the company, and save the world.
Of course of action, this could all be stuff, but when the Wall Street Journal reports it, for some understanding I’m more inclined to believe it. Guess we’ll discovery out as 2010 draws closer. Stash this in rumors for now.
