National Geographic’s Duet D888 can employment with two SIM card game
National Geographic has partnered with Cellular Abroad to create the Duet D888 candybar earphone. The “Duet” parts means that this gimmick can accept two SIM cards, allowing users to simply insert a local anesthetic pre-paid circuit board when travelling, while at the same meter retention their regular number in the other SIM one-armed bandit.
Aside from this very useful feature, the Duet D888 doesn’t impresses with the rest of the specs. The earphone sports a tri-band (900/1800/1900MHz) GSM radio (no 3G), 2 megapixel photographic camera, 2.8-inch QVGA blind, Bluetooth, FM wireless, media player, and a microSD computer memory circuit board slot. Size wise, National Geographic’s baby measures 111×50×17 mm, and has a weight of 112 grams.
Beyond E-Tech is reportedly manufacturing the earphone and we tin see they’re selling it for $349, which is kinda steep…
