Motorola DROID Android 2.1 Finally Rolling Out Starting Today

We’re listening reports, and have final verification, that Verizon Wireless is finally letting loose the dogs of updates, and allowing Android 2.1 to get pushed to DROIDS all over the country. Engadget just received word from Verizon Wireless that the update to Android 2.1, which involves the delivery of all sorts of goodies, has officially been served up on the servers, and volition commence its roll-out start at twelve noon.
