HTC Predator and Imagio (Whitestone) Bringing Android and WinMo 6.5 to Verizon
October 6th. is the big twenty-four hours for Windows Mobile 6.5. We had heard that Verizon (NYSE: VZ), AT&T (NYSE: T) and Sprint (New York Stock Exchange: S) would be on board for the update, but had heard little in regards to what devices specifically they would be offering (although manufacturers rich person been happy to stroke in their support). Luckily, we’re hearing the Imagio (modelling number XV6975), will be packing a 5 megapixel photographic camera, WVGA 800 x 480 touchscreen push, dual-mode CDMA/GSM documentation, and advent to Verizon on the October 6 launching day.
Not to bargain Windows Mobile River’s thunder or anything, but apparently HTC will also be pleasure trip an Android gimmick on Verizon later in the calendar month called the Predator. Specs are distillery a enigma, but good on HTC for acquiring a CDMA Android gimmick out there so soon after the enabling 1.6 update.
