F1 2009 Coming Soon to the iPhone and iPod Touch

Received a little short letter from a tout over the weekend about a new Formula 1 biz coming out for the iPhone and iPod Touch in the near future. Expect to see ‘F1 2009′ from the developers at Codemasters real soon. The biz volition feature all of the drivers, teams and circuits you’re familiar with. I’m really looking forward to this unity as I’m a big F1 fan (used to be a HUGE buff in my younger days), and will no doubt pick this one up to ballad some arctic down feather on the road. Controls volition no dubiousness be accelerometer based for steerage, with tappable ‘buttons’ for brakes and accelerator.

F1 2009 on the iPhone and iPod pits the player against the clock and supports 2 different biz modes: Time Trial and Endurance.  Time Trial is all about setting the ultimate flight lap at a circuit of the player’s selection while playing as one’s favorite number one wood.  Endurance is a challenge of both speed and consistency as players fishing gear either Captain Hicks, baseball club or 12 laps look to exercise set the best norm lick time.  Players’ flight lick or average lick multiplication can then be uploaded to the global AGON Online Social Platform Leaderboard to see where they rank amongst the world’s topper.
