Mobile TeleSystems Unveil 3G Network in Moscow
MTS, aka Mobile TeleSystems has launched the first phase of its 3G net in Moscow. The network was launched in 1 of the largest exhibition halls in the metropolis (and eastern Europe) named ‘Expocentre’.
