BitTorrent control app Drivetrain rejected from the AppStore

Maza Digital, the troupe buttocks RSS reader app for the Apple (NSDQ: AAPL) iPhone and iPod Touch called Trackr, is expression that their Transmission (BitTorrent client for Mac OS) remote controller application Drivetrain has been rejected from the AppStore. After stating that the application required “unexpected additional meter for review,” Maza received next email from Cupertino expression “this class of applications is often used for the determination of infringing third base party rights. We rich person chosen to not publish this character of diligence to the App Store.”

Obviously we can’t agree with Apple’s determination to reject Drivetrain. Even if they or their aircraft carrier partners don’t like BitTorrent clients on their net, this isn’t the lawsuit here. It’s a remote access application that allows users to manage their torrents on a Mac from a remote control. When you think about it, this could also be done with some generic remote access app — all you rich person to do is turn on a BitTorrent node on your PC/Mac and return it from there. So wherefore on Earth Apple decided to shut Drivetrain is beyond me.

I wish I could say this is 1-time error of the AppStore approval procedure, but we know quite a few other apps that rich person been rejected, while at the same meter Baby Shaker cleared its means to the iPhone users. Weird!
