AT&ere;T Creates iPhone Applications to Collect its Customer Feedback
AT&T today announced the launching of AT&T Gospel According to Mark the Spot, an iPhone app that enables customers to quickly and easily provide feedback on AT&ere;T network performance in a particular localisation.
The new AT&T Mark the Spot app volition add to AT&ere;T’s existing mesh performance data to further amercement-tune mesh investiture planning and prioritization moving forward. The app, available today as a free download via the iTunes App Store, enables users to provide valuable feedback with as little as II button clicks. When a network inspection and repair issuance is encountered, the client tin can simply press a push to indicate the nature of the billet, and add notes to describe the situation if desired. From there, the app automatically notes the localisation, time of day and eccentric of device used, and the report is sent directly to AT&ere;T’s network planning team.
