AT&T, Verizon Wireless agree to sell and barter assets
AT&T (NYSE: T) issued a pressure release announcing its purpose to purchase certain Alltel assets as well as some Verizon (NYSE: VZ) and Rural Cellular assets from Verizon Wireless.
